Santiago has been in the auto repair industry for 20 years.
Cruz is our brake and light man and he is ASE certified in
brake repair. He keeps our shop clean and does most of our
maintenance and is a stickler when doing our monthly
compliance inspections. Cruz is married and has a son.

Eric Carabez
Eric Carabez has worked at both Westlake Chevron and Pacific
Heights Chevron since 1999. Eric is in charge of our
Technology Resources. Eric has also been in the auto industry
for over 8 years and is a great asset to our auto technical
information and customer data. Eric recently attended Hybrid
Auto Technology Training
Eric is currently attending San Francisco State and is
majoring in Computer Science. The only knock on Eric is that
he is originally from L.A. and therefore a Dodger fan. Our
efforts to convert him into a Giants booster continue.
Janice Endo
Pat Sahagun
Pat Sahagun is my partner in the shop. He has over 35 years
in the auto repair industry. Pat started out as a mechanic
and has been managing repair shops for over 20 years. He has
vast experience with all types of vehicles and he is an
invaluable asset to our business. Pat is also our resident
expert on all smog related problems and state programs,
working closely with the state of California Consumer
Assistance Program.
Pat is married to our Operations Manager, Janet, and they
have two sons.
