A word of thanks to your engineers.
I recently brought my Camry in to your shop with an oil light
illuminated. I was concerned the situation was serious. It
turned out an oil change and new oil switch cured the
problem. (Your engineers encouraged me to drive it while,
before commencing on anymore expensive work.) The cost of the
work was about $135.00. It has been running fine for over
2000 miles since then.
Earlier that same morning I had taken my car with the exact
and issue to a major Toyota dealership in the area. Their
estimate was $4800.00 simply to diagnose the problem - extra
to fix it. I almost agreed, but luckily sought out a second
opinion instead.
Thanks to your staff and their accurate, and ethical,
assessment of the problem.

I wanted to write a letter to you on behalf of your employee
Cruz Santiago. I was having a big problem with my Saab wagon
this past Tuesday and in a panic I pulled into your station
and was greeted by him. I can't even begin to tell you how
extremely polite he was and managed to put me at ease when I
was feeling very helpless. He is such an outstanding young
man and every time I come to your station I am treated with
such respect by Cruz. If I am having a problem he will look
into it and try to solve it for me or give me a suggestion
how it best can be handled. In this day and age you don't
find people as professional and courteous as Cruz. Even his
telephone messages to both myself and my husband Bill have
been so through and he has such a pleasant way of making
people feel very comfortable. To me this is a real asset to
any business.
In closing, I want to say what a real pleasure it is knowing
Cruz and I hope he gets the recognition he so rightfully
deserves.
